The Orgy (2018)
The Orgy is the latest short film by Academy Nicholl Fellowhsip winner Sam Baron. Starring Amit Shah and Alexandra Roach, The Orgy is a romantic comedy about a heartbroken guy who throws caution to the wind and goes to an orgy. The score, at times melancholic, at times sleazy, makes use of a small jazzy ensemble, with the double bass as the lead instrument. The Orgy premiered at Encounters festival.
